All our electric and hydraulic winches come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Faulty on Receipt

If a product is found to be faulty upon receipt, the buyer must notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will then arrange for the faulty item to be collected and, at our discretion, either repaired or replaced.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Alterations or modifications by anyone other than us
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Accidents or improper installation
